Refund policy
Sara Fitz™ takes great pride in our products and our customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with our studio promptly so we can assist you.
Refunds will be issued on un-used goods, except for the following final sale items: wallpaper and framed art prints. Please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your package(s). The item must be returned in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and our studio does not cover return shipping fees.
In the event a package is lost during the shipping process, our studio is not held responsible. Please notify us if your package is not received by the expected delivery date.
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please don't hesitate to contact our studio within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will be happy to facilitate a return.
