Shipping policy

Order Processing*

Prior to shipping, please allow approximately one business week for order processing of all in-stock items, except framed art prints. These items require a longer lead time, as they are produced on demand (please refer to the item details).

If an item is out of stock, kindly sign up for our email list to stay posted, or click the notify me button on the item page. Feel free to contact the studio with any questions.

Shipping*

Our studio ships via UPS ground and USPS. Once an order leaves our studio (lead times vary, please see above), you can expect package(s) to arrive within 1-5 business days, in most cases, and depending on your location within the United States. Tracking information will be provided via email. Sara Fitz is not responsible for the shipping timeline once the package is in the carrier's possession, or for lost packages.

Framed Art Prints

Framed art prints will be shipped directly from Simply Framed via FedEx Ground. Frames are custom-made by hand to order and require a turnaround time of approximately 2-3 weeks. Tracking information will be provided via email. Sara Fitz™ is not responsible for shipping timelines or lost packages.
